Glossary

The terms that come up in every evaluation

Plain-English definitions, written for the person who has to explain the platform to their own team.

Auto-post

Publishing content to a channel without a human pressing send at that moment. AutoPilot distinguishes this from auto-generate: a post can be generated automatically but still require approval before it publishes.

Approval policy

A per-channel rule that decides whether a queued post publishes on schedule, publishes after a fixed number of approved posts, or waits for a human every time.

Content pillar

A recurring theme — proof, education, brand, promotion — that a calendar is built around. Pillars keep volume steady when individual ideas run out.

Cost per qualified lead

Media spend divided by leads that meet your qualification definition, not raw form fills. It is the only cost metric worth optimising against when sales capacity is limited.

Creative fatigue

The measurable decay in a creative's performance as the audience sees it repeatedly. Typically nine to fourteen days for statics in Indian paid social.

Attribution window

How far back the model looks when crediting a conversion to earlier touches. Seven to thirty days suits short cycles; B2B needs up to ninety.

Connect Profiles

The dashboard where each channel account is authenticated and mapped to the central engine. Every channel must report connected before automation can be armed on it.

Brand kit

The locked palette, type scale, logo variants and tone rules that every generated asset inherits. Approving a brand kit is what makes consistent output possible.

Workspace

An isolated instance holding one brand's assets, channels, calendar and reporting. Agency plans run many workspaces under one console; pricing is per workspace, not per seat.

The Codelite Dispatch

One email a week. Only what we tested.

A single dispatch containing one experiment, one number that surprised us, and one template you can use immediately. No product announcements unless there is something genuinely new.
